I've come to terms with it.
My rank used to be "Learning to swim."
“There, peeping among the cloud-wrack above a dark tor high up in the mountains, Sam saw a white star twinkle for a while. The beauty of it smote his heart, as he looked up out of the forsaken land, and hope returned to him. For like a shaft, clear and cold, the thought pierced him that in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach.”

I'll try a brief explanation.
Its another Tolkien originated site that sprang from TORC and from which this site eventually sprang. There's a lot more to the story, but that all that really matters any more.

You know Al, it took me about 2 months to realise the "friends" referred to in your Sig were in fact the knives Sweeney uses...
Ophelia, we've already met, but I haven't actually welcomed you yet.
So I won't bother now!

My voice is a little tired in the clip, but it gives you an idea of the production. Small intimate venue and an ensemble. All the main leads doubled as chorus, excepting Mrs Lovett and Todd.

Hi, Ophelia! I'm Anth, the resident horse nut. So good to have you here!
I've read a couple of the things you've written, and I can't help feeling like... "Wow. Wait until Voronwë meets HER! He is gonna enjoy Ophelia being here, boy howdy!"
Voronwë is incredibly knowledgeable about the details and depths of Tolkien's world. He's on vacation for a few more weeks, but when he gets back, he is going to enjoy your level of knowledge!
But then I thought.. you know what, maybe they're lifelong friends already. Have you already met him? He could have been the one who introduced you to the board for all I know!

Hi, bigmcstrongmuscle!
"What do you fear, lady?" Aragorn asked.
