No, not nicotine free. They are pushing their vaping products, which still contain nicotine. My nephew uses them. Nicotine is a very heavily addicting substance. Its addiction profile is similar to hard drugs like heroin.
My sister-in-law also used to smoke. She now takes nicotine pills to satisfy her craving.

Well, for one, if Trump had been reelected he had considered pulling the US out of NATO. In fact, congress was so concerned about it they passed a bipartisan bill in Dec. 2019 which would require the the president to have the Senate's consent to withdraw. US withdrawal from NATO would have been a huge gift to Putin.
