Jackson's take on M-e seems to be a sure-fire success at the box office, even with the HFR divide, so there is probably not much concern in the WB offices.
However, it would be interesting to debate whether it is the Tolkien thumbprint that makes these films a success whatever Jackson does to the original material, in the face of these other recent fantasy movies not doing so well.
