was a 2020 planner.

I doooooo!!! It is a perfect hill for a hobbit hole. Perfect! Perfect but for the house that's right in front of it that ruins the view but that is what a very tall hedge is for I suppose.

We have a hill, but it's not perfect for hobbit-hole building. It's a very long steady slope instead of one that rises abruptly. It would take a backhoe and a lot of soil moving to make it work.
