Yeah, it works differently from Wordle in that respect. (As an intermittent player, I prefer Waffle's way. )

Eldy, you've reminded me of Hurdle. I stopped playing because of a glitch. I turned off my adblocker but it says I am still blocking ads. It may have something to do with protections on my browser.

Heh, I started playing Hurdle 'cause of you and Frelga, and it's one of my favorites, so I was wondering if anyone else still plays. That's weird about the adblock thing. Which adblocker do you use? I have uBlock Origin these days and it's kept me from seeing ads or anti-adblock messages while playing Hurdle, but it might vary. It can be a back and forth thing; uBO has intermittently struggled with blocking ads on YouTube recently, for example.

I use AdBlocker Ultimate. I have it turned off for Hurdle but it still tells me I have an adblocker. Firefox has some of it's own blockers so I'm wondering if it's that. Or maybe from Duck, Duck, Go?

Wait, so we don't lose our waffle streak when we take time off? It's only when we play and don't solve it?

You can even play until it's obvious you won't win this time and just leave the game. The streak is undamaged at that point because you didn't "lose".
