I made friends in a short period of time, so I think I must be in a hurry - perhaps they are retreating towards young people.

It took me five tries to find a quote that the translation party changed even a little.

I had the opposite problem to Frelga: I tried some quotes and they came out unrecognizable.

But I think this one is solveable:

Bless us and repel us, it's my loved one!

Is it Gollum (I don't know what the quote is, but it sounds like his rhythm).

Just knowing Gollum I'm guessing its "Bless us and Save us, my precious" but I have no idea where or when he might have said it.

Is it this from The Hobbit when Gollum first spots Bilbo: "Bless us and splash us, my precioussss! I guess it's a choice feast; at least a tasty morsel it'd make us, gollum!"

That's the one! I think it's the very first thing he says in the books!

Did you include the "gollum!" in the quote? I guess it just eliminated it rather than try to come up with some kind of homonym?

Actually, I only included the first sentence. Translationparty transformed "my precious" into "it's my loved one".
