The only hope Hillary has at this point is her ties to the party and the hope that the super degenerates find an excuse to back her. I know you are very cynical about politicians, Holby, but is that kind of name-calling really necessary? After the last Florida voting scandal, there was talk of reva...

I don't think that is a concern with Michelle. She has made a point in her appearances of bringing up his foibles. I think it was an honest statement, but definitely an ill-conceived one.

Hawaii results: Obama 76%, Clinton 24%. This after Chelsea Clinton spent three days campaigning there. Prim, I agree that Michelle Obama has to be more careful about what she says. I understand what she means, too, but it can too easily be used against them. This is the second time that she has put ...

Wow, Faramond, you were really close to right on the mark. You said you thought that the poll indicating a 60-40 lead for Obama was going to be right, and it is now 58-41 with 97% reporting. This may well be the final straw in hindsight (although there are still too many wildcards to accurately pred...

Like I said, bricks out of straw. Is it any wonder that the Clinton campaign is starting to crumble at the foundation?

And the Clinton camp is indeed going negative. That's one way to put it. I call it "trying to make bricks out of straw". If accusations of plagarism of Obama's good friend and ally, Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick, is the best they can come up with, that is truly the opposite of "da...

I suspect that Raul Castro's time in power will be fairly brief, and that some younger leader will bring Cuba into the 21st Century.

Interestingly, that parallels the two last polls that CNN had for Wisconsin before the primary - one of which had Clinton slightly ahead, and the other of which had Obama slightly ahead. I believe that it will be very close, but my gut tells me that Clinton is going to win (just like it did for New ...

I'm cautiously hopeful that it will eventually help lead to change. Particularly if Obama gets elected, and we can actually engage in some meaningful dialog (the fact that he is the only candidate who has expressed interest in engaging with meaningful dialog with states like Cuba is a big reason why...

Vote defeat piles pressure on Musharraf

Is this also a defeat for the Bush administration, and its strong support for Musharraff as an ally in the "war on terror" despite his abysmal human rights record?

Is this a good thing, a victory for freedom and democracy, or an illegal action bound to further destabilize a difficult region?

Ok I'll ask a few specific questions. They're good questions. Tolkien sold the movie rights to LOTR long ago to UA. Obviously when New Line acquired the rights, they were bound to the original contract. Where, if anywhere, are the details of the original contract listed? That's really the essence o...

Come on, soli. You and I both know how hard it is to assert a fraud cause of action in a breach of contract case. This is spin for the media, pure and simple.

Just as you suggested.
