Obama can lose every race, including the superdelegates, by 10% and still clinch. That's the reality of the situation. His campaign strategy has worked. It's over. Everything from today forward is formality. If Clinton stays in I'd appreciate it if she took a nicer tone. This whole thing is getting ...

She can't beat Obama without superdelegates even if she takes every state from here on out by unheard of margins (ie, >80%). And even if Obama loses every state from here on out by reasonable, foreseeable margins, he can still seal the deal without superdelegates. So speaketh the toy I linked to in ...

With 4% of precincts reporting in, Obama leads Clinton 64-34 in NC.

In the time portrayed, it was the boys who did the adventuring by convention. Most of the time the girls allowed themselves to be talked out of it. Most of the time. Éowyn was an anomaly. Then again, so was Galadriel in her day. And Lúthien in her time. And Haleth. And from the dribbles Voronwë has ...

Yes. You must both fix that. ASAP.

The more I think about Pan's Labyrinth, the more confidence I have in Del Toro pulling off The Hobbit and the sprequel.

All the more impressive! It's one thing to write well; it's another to write well in a foreign language! I also watched much of it through my fingers (because, you know, you can still see everything, but of course nothing bad can see you). Oh, so I'm not the only one who does that. Drives S nuts. Wh...

Go Anthy! 8)

If you're trying to be better than someone else, you're competing. You don't have to be in a sparring ring or on a race track. I used to figure skate. Honestly, the subjectivity thing kind of annoyed me. That's why I quit. But it did feel good to beat somebody when it happened.

By nature, I am not competitive. I recognize that competition is intrinsic to all living organisms but I do not seek competition out. If I must compete to attain a larger goal, I'll do it, but I am not into competition just for its own sake. But when I do compete, I make an effort to win or at least...

Oh it was good. It was good like vison before you. I confess to the similar thought-traps you and vison have flitted through. One of the problems with gender is the differences aren't just skin deep and some of them really are wired in. And then there are the differences that really are the products...
