all our yesterdays

Post by eborr »

been away for a bit, might talk about it sometime elsewhere.

Something I wanted to share with if folk will forgive my self-indulgence, have been spending some time on youtube finding info and film on that greatest of all Irish Bands Horslips. A during my travels in that part of Cyberspace, I fell over a huge piece of nostalgia called Wally/ This was very much the band of my youth, they came from my hometown so I saw them when they played really small clubs and church-halls right up to the time they supported the much Lynrd Skynrd in the states.

if you want to listen to some of the music, can I suggest you either follow the youtube link or in go into youtube and type Wally Sunday

or

a song with fantastic harmony and crap lyrics and a typical wonderful violin flourish

for those of you who like to put catogories around music you should class them as country-prog, try a least the Martyr and Nez Perce as well.
