New Scotland Yard has had as an advisor to the Muslim Contact Unit, an al-Qaeda-linked Tunisian radical who has been on Interpol's most-wanted list for sixteen years.

Mohamad Ali Harrath, convicted by Tunisian courts on numerous terrorism-related charges, is also CEO of British TV's Islam Channel.
