I don't remember seeing this particular image in the movies, but I must say it is the ONE image of Arwen and Elrond that matches my long-ago imagination:

In the movie, the scene is shown with a different angle, but the picture is from right after Arwen drops the book and Elrond holds her hand and declares that the life of the Eldar is leaving her.

It's around 41 minutes in on the EE of ROTK.

I believe that in the movie the scene is set outdoors on the porch where the Council was held.
