This one .. that one.. Ivana, Ivanka, Marla, Melanie.. whoever, whatever, as long as she has great (I'll put it more delicately than Donald would) has a great figure, I'll stay married to her & she is allowed to return.

Probably just a case of autocorrect. He did delete it and retweet with the correct spelling right away.

Oh, I am sure it was likely spoken and autocorrected. Generally speaking, an understandable error. I've had some funny autocorrects of my own, however, my texts are not public and I am not the president of the United States or other high profile national figure. It is part of what I consider his carelessness/lack of attention to detail/impulsivity.

I look at it this way: if I were on the board of directors & the CEO of the company tweeted the sort of things Trump did and made the sort of careless errors and comments he does, the name calling, firing people via tweet, etc.. I don't think he'd be CEO of the company for long.

Trump has never before been in a position where he had to be accountable to anyone, be it shareholders, a board of directors, or voters. It shows.

I feel that the bar for Presidental behavior has been reset (so low) and we have come to accept the obnoxious, inappropriate, and unacceptable as commonplace.

This is a slightly different flavor of WTF.

I'd like to think having the earth literally open up and swallow him would mean his followers would finally get the message, but I suspect they'd actually just blame it on Clinton.

There's something poetic about a sinkhole opening up on the White House lawn right now, isn't there?

Heh! One of the comments on one of the sinkhole stories, "Sinkhole? or Hellmouth?"

The governor of Missouri is resigning this week for being a scumbag, before they can impeach him.
Why can't they figure this out at the national level?

Well; for that to happen, the scumbag and/or the scumbags in the legislature have to actually be ashamed of being scumbags.

You can't make this stuff up, can you?
When the night has been too lonely, and the road has been too long,
And you think that love is only for the lucky and the strong,
Just remember in the winter far beneath the bitter snows,
Lies the seed, that with the sun's love, in the spring becomes The Rose.

I think the "gift that keeps on giving" is mixing himself up with Yankee icon Lou Piniella, who was always serenaded at Yankee Stadium with loving chants of "Looooouuuuuuu! Loooooouuuuuuuuuu! Loooooooooouuuuuuuuu!!" that outsiders thought were boos, back in the late 70s and early 80s.

I don't usually get into the speculation game, but this is just odd.
Where's Melania? First lady not seen in public for 3 weeks
Perhaps the strangest part is this:
So what is going on?
Where's Melania? First lady not seen in public for 3 weeks
Perhaps the strangest part is this:
And that tweet! It sounds so much more like her husband's (or whoever ghost-writes many of his tweets) style than hers.Mrs. Trump has not appeared in public since the wee hours of May 10, when she accompanied the president to a military base in Maryland to welcome home three Americans who had been released from detention in North Korea.
Four days later, the White House announced that the 48-year-old first lady had successfully undergone an "embolization" procedure to treat a benign kidney condition, and that there were no complications. She spent five nights at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in nearby Bethesda, Maryland. Some doctors familiar with the procedure but not involved in her care said people treated with embolization typically are sent home the same day or the next.
So what is going on?
