About the "Tolkien's Letters" Forum

Post by Voronwë the Faithful »

Tolkien's letters contain an incredible amount of information about his thoughts regarding a vast range of topics, both about his writings and his general philosophy. We have created this forum to facillitate discussion about individual letters. All are welcome to start new threads. We suggest that the threads be titled with the letter number, and then a short subtitle giving the basic subject of the letter, if possible.
"Spirits in the shape of hawks and eagles flew ever to and from his halls; and their eyes could see to the depths of the seas, and pierce the hidden caverns beneath the world."
