Not that I think it will do any good. But it really bothers me that much. I'll still go see the films and all, but I can't see that thing not being an awful distraction.

Not seen it suggested before... is it possible that the axe-in-skull is an after shot, specifically, after the BO5A? I don't remember if Bifur makes it in the end? (Truth is, apart from Thorin I get all the other ones confused with each other.)

We have seen the actor in make-up avec axe in the vlogs but is it possible they are just messing with us? Have we seen him in action?

This is one case where cgi make-up fx would have come in handy, in case they changed their mind. It shouldn't be too difficult to remove it digitally though so your request is more than reasonable.

I'll sign the petition, though I don't feel passionately one way or the other. It is really cheesy and stupid, though.

I see that someone from "Pisa, Italy" signed, so I really can't figure out why it wouldn't let vison sign from Canada.

Anyway, thanks to those who signed it. I don't actually expect it to do anything (I doubt Jackson will even learn of it), but at least I can feel that I did something. I think that will actually help me ignore it in the films. If that makes any sense.
