Smith was primarily a poet (heavily influenced by the French Decadence movement of the nineteenth century), who got talked into writing short-stories by his friend Lovecraft in the early 1930s, wrote about a hundred short-stories in the space of a few years, then abruptly stopped after Lovecraft's death (Smith himself died in 1961). Anyway, other stories in his top tier would include:

The Dark Eidolon and Necromancy in Naat are probably his two most famous ones.
