Mmmm...definitely seems worth checking out!
There is magic in long-distance friendships. They let you relate to other human beings in a way that goes beyond being physically together and is often more profound.

For a minute there, I thought it was the Julia Roberts version "Mirror Mirror".

Why are there two Snow White type movies coming out this year?

A lot of special effects; let's hope the director did not confuse FX with storyline.
Mornings wouldn't suck so badly if they came later in the day.

I think it has potential. We shall see.
“There, peeping among the cloud-wrack above a dark tor high up in the mountains, Sam saw a white star twinkle for a while. The beauty of it smote his heart, as he looked up out of the forsaken land, and hope returned to him. For like a shaft, clear and cold, the thought pierced him that in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach.”

There has also been a 5-min extended sneak peek released, which gives a much better idea of how the storyline flows (though actually probably gives too much away if you don't like spoilers)

And two warrior-dwarf troop movies too. Do they plan these things or what?

I saw the preview last night at the theatre. It does, indeed, look pretty cool! It was the one movie out of at least 8 previews that I said I wanted to see for sure.

Pretty good, with the exception of Kristen Stewart. Never was a fan of her.
